1971 K1 CB750 w/Eagle Sidecar Restoration

During 2008/2009, my 11 and 9 year old sons and I restored a 1971 (K1) Honda CB750 with an American Eagle sidecar. The restoration took us several months. We disassembled the bike completely and rebuilt it from the frame up. We did not need to crack the engine as it was solid. We did have to rebuild the carburetors. The only non-stock mods were we switched the bike to electronic ignition for realibility and also added a removable top frame section to make future top end engine builds easier.

After moving to Tennessee we found we simply did not use this bike as much as we used to. So we sold it to a collector from France. Last we found, it was listed on the website of a French Vintage Motorcycle Dealer. Below are photos of the project.
